rude staff uncomfortable buffet
The resort location is near the airport! that's convenient. The water was brown. I wouldn't swim there. Some staff seemed uninterested. That's concerning. They was rude to my wife and me when we asked questions, it was awful. The food was cheap, and the outdoor buffet was hot and uncomfortable. It made me question its safety. I will not return. I was really hoping for a better experience here, so disappointed.
