Fantastic Kids Club

I absolutely loved the kids club at Coconut Bay! It was a highlight for my 5-year-old, who had an amazing time with the friendly staff who genuinely made her feel special. The on-site petting zoo was an adorable addition that kept her entertained for hours. It’s such a relief as a parent to know your kids are having fun and are well looked after while you're enjoying some relaxation time.

Delicious Dining Options

The dining experience at Coconut Bay was good! I was particularly impressed by the multiple themed nights, like Caribbean and Country Western, which showcased local culture. The food was consistently excellent, with the buffet providing a plethora of choices that changed daily. I loved the make-your-own pasta station during lunch and the interactive egg station during breakfast. Dining at Calabash and Silk was also a treat—it made for lovely evenings!

Relaxing Spa Services

I had a wonderful experience at the spa during my stay! The serene atmosphere was a perfect escape, and the staff were wonderfully attentive to my needs. I indulged in a relaxing massage that left me feeling completely rejuvenated. The tranquil view of the ocean made my visit even more special. Next time I visit, I’ll definitely be booking more treatments to truly soak in the leisure.

Comfortable and Clean Rooms

The rooms at Coconut Bay were fantastic! They were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a fridge stocked with cold drinks. I particularly appreciated the beautiful views from my room, which added to the overall experience. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, always leaving little towel art that made each return to the room a good surprise!

My stay at the resort was a wonderful experience overall! The location is great, just a short walk to the beach, and the beach area is lovely, with refreshing water and clean sand. The dining options were excellent, especially the themed nights and variety of restaurants available. However, the rooms could use some updates, and the evening entertainment wasn't very impressive. The price felt justified for the amenities provided, but more organization at the restaurants would have been appreciated.
